Our utilities client is seeking an Intermediate to Senior Mobile Apps Systems Analyst / Developer (C# / .NET) to support operational maintenance, troubleshooting, enhancements, and tactical solution delivery across a portfolio of enterprise mobile and web applications (Hybrid, Edmonton AB preferred / Remote considered). [012-2026]


Overview:

The successful candidate will support a Mobile Applications team responsible for maintaining custom enterprise applications, resolving production issues, supporting operational requests, and implementing tactical SharePoint and Azure-based solutions. The role is heavily focused on application support, troubleshooting, Azure operations, and minor development work across frontend, API, database, and infrastructure layers.


Must-Haves:

  • 5+ years of experience supporting and troubleshooting enterprise web applications in a production environment
  • Strong experience debugging and troubleshooting C# / .NET Framework applications
  • Strong Azure experience including App Services, Azure SQL, Application Insights, and Azure DevOps
  • Experience with end-to-end troubleshooting across frontend, APIs, databases, and infrastructure
  • Experience supporting deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and applying minor code fixes in production environments
  • Completion of a 4-year Computer Science or Engineering degree, or a 2-year Computer Engineering / Systems Technology diploma


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with Jenkins
  • Experience with Octopus Deploy
  • Experience designing and implementing SharePoint solutions


Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and support custom enterprise mobile applications
  • Provide operational support including incident resolution, service requests, and application enhancements
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot application, code, web server, API, and infrastructure issues
  • Design, propose, and implement SharePoint-based solutions supporting business initiatives
  • Analyze logs, telemetry, and monitoring data to identify and resolve production issues
  • Support Azure-based application environments and CI/CD pipelines
  • Perform minor code fixes, deployments, and deployment validations
  • Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution and delivery
  • Deliver strong customer service and communication throughout operational support activities
