Intermediate Technical Analyst - Execute Alteryx, Power Automate and BOT automation 90783-1

Position Title: Technical Analyst

Line of Business: Client Processing Services - Digital Operations - responsible for digitizing manual tasks.

Contract Duration: 12 months

Remote/Hybrid: 1 day a month in office - the last Wednesday of the month (might change in the Spring when moved to CIBC square).

Location Address: Toronto-595 Bay St., 7th

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Execute and monitor Automation

• Execute Alteryx, Power Automate and BOT automation
• Monitor Automation
• Provide improvement ideas
• Work with department teams on new ideas

1. SharePoint Administration:

• Manage access requests and permissions for SharePoint.
• Support teams in utilizing SharePoint effectively for collaboration and data sharing.

1. Data Visualization and Reporting:

• Use Tableau and Power BI to create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.

1. Service Request Management:

• Work closely with the admin team to handle service requests, including access requests and support for Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Power Apps, and other tools.
• Ensure timely and accurate resolution of support ticket

Must haves:

1. Strong ability to manage timelines and meet deadlines effectively
2. Capable of executing pre-built automation processes from start to finish (no development required)
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
