Our public sector client is seeking a Intermediate Project Scheduler to create and maintain portfolio and program schedules for a water services organization


Calgary based client. Candidates will be Hybrid (on-site 3 days a week). 37.5 hour work week


Must haves:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Project Scheduler, ideally with a focus on utilities or public-sector projects
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Projects


Nice to haves:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience as a Project Controller


Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed project schedules, including activities, milestones, approvals, resources, procurement items and other critical deliverables required to be scheduled and tracked.
  • Develop schedule logic, constraints, and activity durations in cooperation with project teams.
  • Coordinate with other Schedulers in the Project Controls Team and support internal initiatives and processes.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of project controls processes and practices.
