Description
Our public sector client is seeking a Intermediate Project Scheduler to create and maintain portfolio and program schedules for a water services organization
Calgary based client. Candidates will be Hybrid (on-site 3 days a week). 37.5 hour work week
Must haves:
- 4+ years of experience as a Project Scheduler, ideally with a focus on utilities or public-sector projects
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Projects
Nice to haves:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience as a Project Controller
Responsibilities:
- Create detailed project schedules, including activities, milestones, approvals, resources, procurement items and other critical deliverables required to be scheduled and tracked.
- Develop schedule logic, constraints, and activity durations in cooperation with project teams.
- Coordinate with other Schedulers in the Project Controls Team and support internal initiatives and processes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of project controls processes and practices.
