Our public sector client is seeking a Intermediate Project Coordinator to assist with enterprise-wide application integration and enhancement projects


Candidates can be 100% remote in Canada, working CST hours


Must haves:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Administrator working on enterprise software application projects (Upgrades, enhancements, implementations)
  • Experience assisting with financial management, governance support, work place management
  • Previous experience working in the public sector or in the insurance industry


Nice to haves:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with multiple project managers
  • Experience as a Project manager



Responsibilities:

  • Interacts with Major Program leadership and team members to provide quality assurance reviews, compliance audits, analysis, feedback, coaching, and counselling in the application of Major Program delivery processes and practices
  • Engages with program leads to implement ongoing continuous improvement to Major Program processes and methodology by applying current trends and best practices, as well as assessing effectiveness through lessons learned
  • Continuously adapting workload and priorities to support program needs to drive success
  • Development and maintenance of Major Program Toolkit, handbook, guides, and templates
