Our large, enterprise Winnipeg-based client is seeking an Intermediate Project Administrator to support senior leadership for project planning and execution across multiple business initiatives.


This is an initial 6-month contract with a strong possibility of extension. The successful candidate will be based in Winnipeg and agreeable to a full-time in office working model.


Must-Haves:

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination or administration
  • Experience supporting VP-level or senior-level management with the administrative tasks of project delivery
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
  • Monitor project progress and update stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update project documentation and ensure version control.
  • Identify and escalate risks or issues to project leads.
