Description
Our large, enterprise Winnipeg-based client is seeking an Intermediate Project Administrator to support senior leadership for project planning and execution across multiple business initiatives.
This is an initial 6-month contract with a strong possibility of extension. The successful candidate will be based in Winnipeg and agreeable to a full-time in office working model.
Must-Haves:
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination or administration
- Experience supporting VP-level or senior-level management with the administrative tasks of project delivery
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
- Monitor project progress and update stakeholders.
- Maintain and update project documentation and ensure version control.
- Identify and escalate risks or issues to project leads.
