Our oil and Gas client is seeking a Intermediate Procurement Analyst to assist with buying support for maintenance and project teams

Calgary-based office, Candidates must be wiling to be in-office 4 days a week in downtown Calgary

Must haves:

2+ years of experience in a Procurement Analyst role focusing on Supply Chain initiatives
Experience with material buying for maintenance and project teams
Previous Oil and Gas experience

Responsibilities:

Create & Maintain RFQ's to obtain price & delivery information for Maintenance and Project Non-Stock Material requirements
Conduct RFQ's for Project Bulk Buying material requirements
Expedite material orders
Resolve Purchase Requisition/Purchase Order issues
Support business unit & vendor requirements
