Description
Our oil and Gas client is seeking a Intermediate Procurement Analyst to assist with buying support for maintenance and project teams
Calgary-based office, Candidates must be wiling to be in-office 4 days a week in downtown Calgary
Must haves:
- 2+ years of experience in a Procurement Analyst role focusing on Supply Chain initiatives
- Experience with material buying for maintenance and project teams
- Previous Oil and Gas experience
Nice to haves:
- Supply Chain Management certification
- Experience in SAP MM (Materials Management)
- Knowledge of Procure to Pay (P2P) lifecycle
Responsibilities:
- Create & Maintain RFQ's to obtain price & delivery information for Maintenance and Project Non-Stock Material requirements
- Conduct RFQ's for Project Bulk Buying material requirements
- Expedite material orders
- Resolve Purchase Requisition/Purchase Order issues
- Support business unit & vendor requirements
