Our Calgary client is looking for an Intermediate Organizational Change Manager with HCM implementation (Dayforce) experience to support an enterprise-wide HCM modernization program
*Ability to be flexible to onsite hybrid work in Calgary*
Must Haves:
- 5+ years of OCM experience in large transformation programs
- Experience supporting HCM implementations (Dayforce preferred)
- Ability to work in organizations with diverse frontline and corporate employee groups
Nice to have:
- Experience working within aviation or similarly complex organizations with both frontline operational and corporate staff groups.
- PROSCI or equivalent certification
- Experience in multi-year, multi-phase system implementations
