Intermediate Network Analyst to work on-site supporting a client in the Health industry (Vancouver- On-site)

Our client is looking for a Intermediate Network Analyst to work on-site supporting a client in the Health industry.

Must Have's:

• 4+ years of experience as a Network Analyst
• 4+ years of Data Network Experience
• 3+ years experience with network equipment implementation / planning, site assessments, application of network standards and network issue problem-solving / troubleshooting
• Experience replacing core switches (Migration of settings from legacy to new)
• Experience replacing edge switches (Migration of settings from legacy to new)
• Configure routing, firewall and NAT policies on internet firewalls
• Must be able to work on-site and travel to various client sites- Rate all inclusive

Nice to Have's:

• Vendor Network Certification: CCNA, CCNP

Job Details:

• Network equipment implementation / planning, site assessments, application of network standards and network issue problem-solving / troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with vendor to replace a legacy Metro circuit with a new CE circuit
• Support the vendor pre-field, staging, and implementation activities for circuit replacement.
• Coordinate vendor decommissioning of legacy metro circuit.
• Site preparation for installation(s).
• Provide support with additional hardware components related to the work above.
• Physical labour related to the work above.
• Provide network implementation / production cutover services outside of normal business hours, as required

Education:

Education, training, and experience equivalent to a university degree or technical diploma in a program such as communications technology
