Description
Our Calgary client is looking for an Intermediate IT Technician with A/V (Crestron or Extron) experience to support/troubleshoot onsite meeting rooms and manage tickets from ServiceNow
This role requires you to be onsite 5 days/week for onsite support work
Must Haves:
- 4+ years' experience as a Helpdesk, Service Desk or IT Technician supporting A/V technologies such as Crestron or Extron
- Must have experience working through a log of tickets from a ticketing tool such as ServiceNow
- Must be able to lift equipment or boxes up to 65lbs
