Our information management consulting client is looking for an Intermediate Information Services Business Analyst to design and deliver modern Microsoft 365 information management solutions for diverse client projects.


Must-haves:

  • 5+ years of business analysis experience, preferably in information or records management
  • Proven consulting or client-facing project delivery experience
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, Planner, Power Platform preferred)
  • Understanding of information management / records governance and industry best practices
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills (able to lead workshops, create clear documentation, and explain recommendations effectively)
  • Ability to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and design practical, fit-for-purpose solutions
  • Experience with change management, including training, documentation, and adoption planning
