Description
Our client is Canada's largest retailer. They are looking for an Intermediate Data Analyst/Developer to perform analysis providing actionable insights and build data visualizations/dashboards.
Location: 2 days/week onsite - Brampton
Duration: 6 Months to Start
Responsibilities:
- Analyze data from multiple streams to identify missing, duplicated, or inconsistent records.
- Reconcile and clean data sets using SQL and/or Python.
- Build proof-of-concept dashboards to communicate analytical findings; tools may include Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Work closely with stakeholders to iterate on dashboard designs and requirements.
- Modify and run existing data scripts; contribute to the development of new ones.
- Support consent management data analysis, including real-time data stored in PostgreSQL and analytical datasets in BigQuery.
Must Have Skills:
- 5+ Years experience in Data Analysis, working with large, complex datasets
- Proficiency in SQL for querying, data analysis, and troubleshooting
- Python for data manipulation and analysis
- Looker (preferred), Tableau or Power BI for dashboarding
- Cloud Environments (GCP preferred, AWS or Azure)
