Our client is looking for an Intermediate Business Analyst with application integration experience to support teams in modernizing an Engineering CPQ platform

This permanent role requires you to be onsite 3 days/week (Tues-Thurs) at SE office

Must haves:

• 5+ years' experience working as a Business Analyst
• 3+ years' experience supporting software development based projects
• Knowledge of systems integrations
• Knowledge of standard business process mapping and tools
• Experience supporting CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) projects
• Previous experience supporting projects in SAP or another ERP within the Engineering or Manufacturing industries
• Degree or equivalent in an IT-related discipline

Nice to Have:

• Experience in an Agile software development environment
• Knowledge or experience of Manufacturing and/or Engineering industry
• Knowledge and usage of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business partners to clarify or define new business opportunities.
• Collaboratively develop technical requirements, functional specifications, and other supporting documents that will help guide technical teams to the right solution.
• Perform analytical thinking and problem solving to resolve issues and propose solutions for in-house and third-party Engineering focused solutions.
• Coordinate IT activities, conduct training and documentation activities.
• Collaborate effectively with IT teams, translating business requirements to functional design for development teams.
• Proactively identify and communicate potential risks, challenges, and roadblocks that may impact successful completion of work.
• Support Business Process Mapping initiatives related to the engineering phases of the manufacturing business units.
• Support and recommend change management activities to bridge adoption to new solutions.
• Conduct administrative functions as needed.
• Absorb technical and complex concepts and translate them into precise, context‑specific requirements and specifications.
