Our retail client is seeking a Integration and Applications Specialist to support Microsoft Cloud applications and APIs/Integrations

This newly created role focuses on enhancing system integrations, maintaining Microsoft cloud applications, and supporting application functionality across distributed operations. The position provides variety, technical ownership, and direct impact on technology reliability and user experience across the business.

Permanent, Surrey, Hybrid

Must Haves

• 3-6 years in IT, application support, systems integration, or development roles
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Microsoft SharePoint, Entra ID, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Power Automate administration and support
• Experience with scripting and programming languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash
• Practical experience with APIs, integrations, or application/web development

Nice to Have

• Experience with EDI, automation tools, or AI-enabled solutions
• Bilingual (English and French)

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline application and system support to internal teams and franchise partners across Canada
• Maintain and enhance integrations, including API and EDI-based data connections
• Contribute to development and support of internal applications and web-based tools
• Support implementation of automation and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency
• Administer Microsoft cloud applications and services
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, franchisees, and external vendors to support system improvements
• Document processes and share technical knowledge across teams
