Our financial services client is seeking a Scrum Master II (2+ years of experience) to support Agile@Scale delivery across marketing and Martech pods

Join a collaborative Agile@Scale environment within a leading Canadian banking organization, supporting two cross-functional pods focused on marketing and Martech initiatives. This role drives continuous improvement and delivery predictability through disciplined scrum practices and agile methodologies. You’ll work closely with Product Owners, Technology Leads, and agile team members to ensure effective collaboration, cadence, and progress visibility across workstreams.

Contract, Toronto, Hybrid, 2 days onsite, could change to 4

Duration: 1 year

Must Haves

• 2+ years as a Scrum Master supporting agile teams
• 2+ years within a scaled agile environment (Agile@Scale)
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for workflow and documentation management
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma

Nice to Have

• Certified Scrum Master or SAFe Scrum Master certification
• Experience within a banking or financial services environment

Responsibilities

• Champion agile practices, ceremonies, and continuous improvement across assigned pods
• Advise teams on best practices aligned with theScaled Agile methodology
• Maintain adherence to Work In Progress Limits and promote delivery flow predictability
• Facilitate daily stand-ups and ensure full team participation and engagement
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Technology Leads on sprint planning and impediment resolution
• Promote collaboration, team building, and engagement within agile teams
• Ensure alignment with governance, quality, and compliance standards across deliverables
