Team Size/Culture: 12 people + cross functional teams they would collaborate with


Job Accountabilities:

  • Act as the Talent Acquisition Partner for the Canadian Business Banking portfolio, informing talent decisions with acute knowledge of the organization and business we support; have deep expertise of external markets with an objective to continuously upgrade talent.
  • Manage all aspects of the recruitment process; develop and execute innovative talent strategies, leveraging industry best practices and market data to proactively target qualified active and passive candidates for mid to senior level positions to build a robust pipeline of diverse talent.
  • Advise business leads on talent market gaps and provide insights on alternate strategies.


MUST HAVE:

1.) 5-7 years of recruitment experience (flexible)

2.) Bilingual - French and English

3.) Familiarity with basic functions within Excel (creating pivot tables, total up columns etc.)


NICE TO HAVE

1.) Advanced Excel skills

2.) Workday (HRIS/ATS) experience

3.) Experience recruiting for commercial or business banking, revenue generating roles
