Description
Int. Field Services Technicians to provide technical support for payment devices
Location: Downtown Toronto (onsite)
Hours: 40 per week
Contract: 6 months (ongoing extensions, or possibility to convert to FTE)
Responsibilities:
- Installation and provision of new devices
- Payment device support
- OS updates
- Functional testing
- Troubleshooting
Must haves:
- 2+ years of experience within IT Support
- Experience troubleshooting and supporting devices (e.g. payment devices, Printers, CCTV etc.)
Nice to have:
- Experience with Android based solutions
- Hardware refresh project experience
