Degree/Certifications Required: Bachelors' degree in business management,

human resources / labour relations, mathematics or economics preferred, or equivalent relevant compensation working experience.

Years of experience: 2-3 years in a similar compensation-related capacity; or Testing or new system testing

Project Scope: Compensation Role. Handle year end compensation program - coordinate the communications, information between the project and compensation advisory team. Supporting compensation advisory team.

SUMMARY OF DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Compensation Advisor reports to the Senior Manager, Compensation Advisory Enterprise Programs, delivering professional research, high-quality analytics and supporting the design and delivery of enterprise program solutions.


The Compensation Advisor will build strong partnerships across the Compensation Advisory team globally and HR and Corporate Transformation teams.


Key accountabilities of this role include:

• Support the Year-End compensation program including supporting transformation and change initiatives, communications and employee and executive compensation analysis and program assessment

• Contribute to the development of tools, workshops and reference materials that increase capability for making informed compensation decisions, including maintaining the team Playbook


• Participate in the creation and maintenance of compensation educational resources and materials designed for colleagues and People Managers across the enterprise

• Support the design and implementation of the incentive compensation management tool user interface and reports

• Lead and participate in projects, engaging multiple stakeholders in the flow of information, gathering feedback, iterating and tracking status for completion to ensure team alignment

• Provide ad hoc and project-related analysis and program support

• Participate in broader Global Compensation Advisory projects and support team portfolio initiatives as needed


Must have :

Some testing exp

• 2- 3 years’ experience in a similar compensation-related role (year end experience in HR function, work closely with managers HR business partners, compensation leads and advisors)

3.) artificial intelligence awareness, and capabilities. In the context of commercial banking would be a very nice to have.
