Our financial services client is seeking a Information Risk Management Analyst (5+ years) to drive business continuity and operational resilience using Fusion Risk Management and Archer- 16844

Join a dynamic Business Continuity Management team supporting mission-critical functions within a leading insurance organization. This role engages directly with stakeholders to design, test, and maintain continuity plans aligned with OSFI standards and operational resilience objectives. The position features hands-on facilitation of realistic simulations and collaboration across business and technology groups to safeguard organizational reliability. Candidates will have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to enterprise-wide resilience initiatives in a high-visibility role.

Contract, Toronto/Hybrid (3 Days a Week Onsite)

Duration: ASAP until March 31, 2027

Hours: 37.5 Hours Per Week

Must Haves

  • 5+ years in Business Continuity, Operational Resilience, and Project Management within large organizations
  • Experience managing stakeholders across business and technology teams
  • Proficiency with Fusion Risk Management and Archer tools
  • Proven ability to lead simulation exercises and develop continuity plans
  • University degree and professional BCM certification (ABCP, CBCP, MBCI, or MBCP)

Nice to Have

  • Experience within the financial services or insurance industry
  • Knowledge of OSFI guidelines (B10 & E21)
  • Understanding of cloud computing and AI concepts

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Group Functions Technology contact for business continuity and operational resilience requirements
  • Empower stakeholders to identify and manage continuity and resilience risks
  • Coordinate and facilitate business impact assessments and simulation exercises
  • Develop and maintain continuity strategies and recovery documentation
  • Advise on risk management and resilience leading practices
  • Assess disruption risks and propose mitigation strategies
  • Support Level 2 and Level 3 reviews of BCM program practices
