Description
Our midstream client is looking for an Identity Business Analyst to lead compliance activities, streamline access review processes, and manage Active Directory data integrity to support our security and audit frameworks. (17844)
Must-haves:
- 6 + years experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), especially in compliance and audit support
- Experience with Active Directory (AD) management, including cleaning up AD descriptions, names, and ownership
- Experience managing lifecycle events: joiner, mover, leaver processes
- Experience reviewing audit evidence and supporting both internal and external audits
- Skilled in documenting and updating frameworks, policies, and process documentation
- Proficiency with SharePoint for managing compliance-related documentation and performing site clean-up
- Ability to develop and implement structured information management frameworks for compliance materials
