Description
S.i. Systems client is looking for an HR Project and Testing Specialist to do testing on a data migration into SAP Successfactors
12 month contract - high chance of renewal - 3 days a week onsite in Vancouver - 37.5 hours/week
MUST HAVES:
- 5-7 years of experience in leading projects and testing within technology, HRIS, IT transformation, or similar environments.
- Strong understanding of testing processes, methodologies, and quality assurance practices.
- Effective communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams.
- Diligent with strong organizational, tracking, and follow-through capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
- Experience with enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, SailPoint, ServiceNow) is an asset.
- Formal project or testing certifications (PMP, CAPM, ISTQB, Agile) are considered an advantage.
- Proficient Spanish, both written and spoken, is considered an asset.
