Description
Location: Hamilton, ON
Duration: 3 month contract with possibility of extension.
Hybrid Work Model:
Alternate weekly between:
- 2 days in office (Tue & Wed)
- 3 days in office (Tue, Wed & Thu)
35 hours/week
- Experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations, or HR Administration.
- Ability to handle highly confidential information.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with onboarding, offboarding, time tracking, sick leave, and recruitment support.
- Experience managing HR data and reporting.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Clear communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Experience with contractor HR processes.
- Ability to create dashboards or workforce reports.
- Process improvement experience.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, confidential environments.
- Hybrid/on-site flexibility.
- Manage HR operations for employees and contractors.
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR records.
- Track sick leave, time reporting, and attendance.
- Coordinate recruitment activities (tracking, scheduling, documentation).
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports.
- Produce regular and ad-hoc HR reporting.
- Act as central point for HR processes and contractor management.
- Communicate with leadership, managers, HR, and finance.
- Support process stabilization and improvements.
