Our consumer retail client is seeking a D365/ERP Administrator (10+ years) to manage and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) across enterprise operations

This role ensures seamless functionality, configuration, and data integrity of Microsoft Dynamics 365 through hands-on administration, technical maintenance, and system optimization. The position directly supports operational efficiency and informed business processes through secure, reliable ERP enablement. This is a key opportunity within a growing, well-established organization continuously investing in technology and infrastructure expansion.

Permanent, Vancouver, Hybrid - 4 days in office, Working Hours: 8:30 - 5 PST. Location is in Richmond, BC

Must Haves

  • Extensive hands-on experience administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) within enterprise environments
  • Strong capability in ERP system configuration, security management, and data integration
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting ERP workflow and system performance issues
  • Understanding of enterprise applications, databases, and IT security practices
  • Education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

Nice to Have

  • Experience with change management processes
  • Certifications such as Azure, Azure DevOps, Agile, or PROSCI

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Implement, configure, and maintain ERP software for reliability and security
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related user access and functionality issues
  • Prepare documentation for escalations to higher-tier support teams
  • Manage system security, maintenance, and role-based access controls
  • Coordinate data migration, monitor data quality, and maintain updates
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to optimize licensing and performance
  • Develop system documentation, standard operating procedures, and user training materials
