Our utilities client is seeking a Contract Professional to negotiate and manage ERP and SAP licensing, service, and enterprise agreements in the supply chain organization - 01067

This role oversees end-to-end technology contract management, from negotiation to compliance reporting, ensuring optimized vendor performance and software license value across ERP and SAP systems.

Initially a 12-month contract. Hybrid - at least 1 day/week onsite in Downtown Vancouver, 37.5 hours per week.

Must Haves

• 7+ years in Contract Management within technology or supply chain functions
• Hands-on experience with ERP (ideally SAP) contract negotiation and administration
• Proficient in Software Asset Management (SAM), software entitlements, and license renewals
• Strong background in vendor governance and SLA performance reporting

Nice to Have

• Experience working in crown corporations or government environments
• Familiarity with the utilities industry sector
• Background managing SaaS, AMS, VAR, and professional services contracts
• Knowledge of FOIPPA compliance within contract execution
• Understanding of risk management and cost optimization in contract delivery

Responsibilities

• Negotiate technology licensing, support, and service agreements for ERP and SAP systems
• Coordinate with Legal to draft, review, and finalize new and renewed contracts
• Manage software contract renewals, license forecasts, and compliance for audits
• Optimize software entitlements and procurement channels to improve value delivery
• Ensure contract performance meets SLAs and compliance standards
• Prepare and deliver vendor performance and governance reports
• Administer technology contract records, purchase orders, and spending oversight in SAP
