Duration: 2 years

Location: Downtown Toronto - Hybrid (twice a week)

Core Responsibilities:

  • Draft straightforward internal updates using established templates.
  • Build weekly news digests (formatting, accuracy, clarity).
  • Compile content for partner team newsletters and enterprise channels.
  • Complete annual or cyclical updates to recurring assets.
  • Light editing and proofreading.
  • Ensure brand voice, tone, and formatting compliance.

Skills:

  • Strong writing and adherence to tone/voice guidelines.
  • Detail-oriented, excellent formatting discipline.
  • Comfortable working with templates and shared drives.
  • Ability to manage multiple small tasks with consistent execution.

Working Style:

  • Reliable, responsive, execution-focused.
  • Comfortable with high-volume, low-drama task work.

Must Have Requirements:

  • 1-3 years (max 4) in corporate comms, marketing, editorial, or journalism
