Job Description: What you'll be doing

As a member of Product Management, you’ll be responsible for supporting and executing the development of Costco co-brand strategies to maximize client profitability and remain competitive in the marketplace. As a Group Product Manager, you’ll manage and monitor key business metrics to exceed industry growth. Lead initiatives including establishing objectives, setting priorities for campaign management, frontline empowerment and continue to evolve the existing processes and systems to optimize the products.

• Product management - Strong knowledge and experience in product management, strategic planning, and project management sufficient to identify, develop, and implement approved initiatives (experience preferably in financial services).
• Analytical- Understand and interpret complex information, identify patterns and trends in new or strategic areas, and develop recommendations, often with minimal direction in order to respond to urgent business priorities.
• Leadership - Well-developed management and leadership skills sufficient to achieve results within a matrix organization, including the ability to bring about change at a senior level.
• Relationship management - Meet business objectives by managing relationships and working effectively with internal partners including Technology and Marketing and other lines of business, partners.

Specifically supporting the Costco Product Team with:

• Represent Costco Product team to support technology changes and Costco warehouse setups in banking systems, including updates to TSYS reward scripts and reporting logic.
• Rewards and spend analysis: review Costco portfolio data for opportunities to optimize the spend mix
• Regular review of manual rewards adjustments to identify issues needing corrective action and trends
• Analyze and document key processes reviewing for opportunities to improve and/or add risk controls

Must Have Requirements:

1. Experience with product management/development - 5 years

2. Strong analytical skills based on various types of data - 5 years

3. Experience with process mapping/ process development - 2 years

4. Experience within credit card industry - 5+ years

5. Strong communications skills

Nice to Have:

1. Past experience with controls or risk management work
2. Past experience with TSYS or credit card management system
3. Any experience front line user platforms - Pega/PSP
