Our client is seeking a Change Management Lead to support a Workday implementation, responsible for developing and executing the change and communication strategy to drive adoption across the organization.

Must Have:

  • 8+ years of experience leading Change Management on large-scale initiatives ideally within Public sector
  • Proven experience supporting Workday implementations
  • Strong knowledge of change management frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter)
  • Hands-on experience developing and executing change, communication, and stakeholder engagement plans
  • Experience creating short-form training videos or digital learning content
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating clear, practical messaging
  • Demonstrated ability to roll up sleeves and produce deliverables directly (e.g., training materials, internal communications, job aids)
