S.i. Systems public sector client is looking for a Business Process Analyst to support ServiceNow platform (ITSM, ITOM, SAM Pro, etc.) .This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on technical expertise, including configuration and developer support when needed, to drive innovation and maintain platform integrity. A core aspect of this role is the ability to effectively prioritize, coordinate, and manage incoming requests across multiple stakeholders and initiatives. - RITM0193424

1 year contract to start. Hybrid model in Richmond (3 days/ week onsite)


Must Haves:

  • 5+ years industry experience as a Business Analyst
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or related roles.
  • Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform (ITSM, ITOM, SAM Pro, etc.)
  • Technical Skills:
  • Expert knowledge of ITSM practices
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow capabilities, workflows, and data structures.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes (incident, problem, change, request management).
  • Experience with requirements gathering and process mapping.
  • Basic knowledge of APIs, integrations, and automation concepts.
  • Strong communication skills.
