This contract offers hands-on exposure within a top-tier financial institution supporting its non-financial risk management functions.

• Requirement gathering and documentation within business continuity or operational resilience initiatives
• Leadership exposure with potential to progress toward a Product Owner role
• User story writing and backlog support in an Agile environment
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite with experience handling large data sets
• Bachelor’s degree or higher

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders to define and refine business requirements
• Translate risk management and operational resilience processes into structured user stories and acceptance criteria
• Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization activities
• Conduct gap and impact analyses for new features and regulatory changes
• Assist with documenting deliverables and preparing status updates and reports
• Support user interactions including troubleshooting, inquiries, and demos
• Partner with QA teams to validate functionality and ensure requirement completion
