Our financial services client is seeking a Business Analyst (5-7 years) to support a VDR migration project using Box and SaaS application setup

Join a key banking project driving the implementation and migration from one secure virtual data room (VDR) platform to another. This role supports critical document-sharing and access control initiatives across multiple lines of business within a high-visibility environment. The project plays an essential role within the bank’s secure document management transformation program.

Must Haves

• 5-7 years as a Business Analyst within migration or implementation projects
• Box or other Virtual Data Room (VDR) platforms for secure document and access management
• SaaS application setup and configuration
• Experience in Agile environments using Jira for user stories and sprint management
• Post-secondary education

Nice to Have

• Data migration experience
• Knowledge of regulated industries or data governance environments
• Technical documentation experience

Responsibilities

• Assist with migration of existing VDR content to Box
• Configure and validate SaaS application setup for end-user access
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple lines of business to ensure smooth migration
• Support documentation and permissions setup for end users
• Track progress and deliverables within Agile sprints using Jira
• Participate in testing and validation of migrated environments
