Description
Application Support Analyst to provide technical support for IT, OT (operational technology) and Cloud Applications
Must have:
- Experience as a Application Support Analyst supporting enterprise applications i
- Experience supporting OT(operational technology) such as Scada , DCS etc.
- Experience with Business Analysis collection requirements for application upgrades/improvements
- Experience supporting applications on various cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GPS Etc)
- Experience investigating and troubleshooting issues related to integrations, networks and systems
Nice to have:
Experience Industrial control systems, and automation preferred.
