Description
Our public sector client is looking for a a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to support a modernization of a management capability for the client's contact centre from Verint EM Pro to ServiceNow
1 year contract to start, chances of extension. 37.5 hours/week. Fully remote.
1st role:
ServiceNow Developer- Lower Mainland candidates only, onsite 1 day/week in Downtown Vancouver
- 3 - 5 years of recent experience as a ServiceNow Developer, particular focus on the CMDB, ITSM and CSM skills
2nd role:
Business Systems Analyst - Local or Fully Remote (if local, onsite 1 day/week in Downtown Vancouver)
Must Haves:
- 7+ years experience as Business Analyst/ Business Systems Analyst
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow on the technical side
- Strong business acumen
