*Contract to Perm*- Hardware Asset Management - Configuration Management, Discovery

Location: Hybrid/Toronto (2 days a week on site) - May Convert to 4 in the Future

Duration: 6 Months (Must Convert to Perm)

Hours: 37.5 Hours Per Week

Salary Range: 80-110k

• Ensure daily, end-to-end delivery of Configuration Management services in alignment with the Configuration Management standards and processes
• Manage day-to-day process activities, including setting priorities and assigning work
• Track compliance with policies and procedures, resolving or escalating compliance issues as required
• Facilitate Configuration Management audits and data certifications, identifying and reporting non-compliance items
• Execute operational activities as defined by Configuration Management procedures
• Fulfill Configuration Management service requests as assigned
• Oversee the design, development, and testing of reports as needed
• Collect, analyze, and report metrics; perform triage on breached KPIs
• Identify and drive Service Improvement opportunities

• Maintain and monitor the Discovery tool, optimizing schedules to ensure consistent and comprehensive daily discovery
• Support CMDB health (completeness, accuracy, and compliance) by improving CI scan rates
• Provide second- and third-level support for Discovery-related issues and inquiries
• Deliver technical expertise to enhance the Discovery tool in support of implementing or improving other modules and tools (e.g., SAM, Service Mapping)
• Support ongoing onboarding of subsidiaries, including JFL, MD Financial, Pronto, Profuturo, and Tangerine
• Support Kyndryl onboarding activities

• Manage and track IT hardware assets throughout their full lifecycle using the ServiceNow platform
• Maintain accurate hardware inventory records, ensure compliance with licensing requirements, support procurement activities, and optimize asset utilization
• Partner with IT, Procurement, and Finance teams to align hardware asset management practices with organizational objectives
• Perform daily analysis of asset data, resolve discrepancies, and implement process improvements to improve operational efficiency
• Conduct model management activities, monitor for unauthorized hardware, and track hardware currency
• Provide governance and oversight to regional and localized hardware analyst teams, ensuring adherence to defined processes
