We are looking for a strategic and forward‑thinking Director, Total Rewards to shape and elevate our compensation, benefits, presence management, and health & wellness programs. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, in this leadership role, you will design and deliver a modern, data‑driven Total Rewards strategy that strengthens our ability to attract, reward, and retain top talent while supporting the organization’s long‑term business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Build and execute a comprehensive Total Rewards strategy aligned to business priorities and the overall talent roadmap.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing Total Rewards team focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Compensation
Design competitive compensation frameworks, including salary structures, incentive plans, and job evaluation methodologies.
Oversee market benchmarking, compensation analytics, and internal equity assessments.
Ensure full compliance with compensation‑related legislation and governance requirements.
Benefits
Lead the design, delivery, and optimization of health, retirement, and wellness benefit programs.
Evaluate plan performance and manage vendor relationships to ensure high‑value, cost‑effective offerings.
Presence & Leave Management
Oversee policies and systems related to attendance, leave of absence, and time‑off programs.
Monitor compliance with all federal, state, and local employment regulations.
Health & Wellness
Develop innovative wellness initiatives that promote employee well‑being, engagement, and productivity.
Measure program impact and recommend enhancements based on data and employee insights.
Data, Analytics & Reporting
Build dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to measure Total Rewards effectiveness.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on market trends, risks, and program performance.
Compliance & Governance
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements related to compensation, benefits, and health programs.
Mitigate risk through strong governance and proactive program evaluation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline.
Professional certifications such as CCP or CBP are an asset.
10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years leading compensation and benefits functions.
Demonstrated success designing and managing enterprise‑wide Total Rewards programs.
Strong analytical mindset, business acumen, and expertise in regulatory compliance.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder‑management skills.
