Our expectations

Reporting to the VP of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), the Director, FP&A you will provide senior financial leadership to both Supply Chain organization (including Distribution, Transport, Last Mile, Delivery Centers) & Corporate Shared Services.

This role will help shape the financial narrative, informing trade-offs, and supporting disciplined decision-making in a complex, evolving operating environment. You will lead financial planning, performance management, and business partnering.

Your role

  • Act as a strategic business partner to senior leaders in Supply Chain and Corporate Shared Services

  • As Supply Chain Finance leader, you will shape the Supply Chain narrative by translating operational changes and priorities into clear, relevant financial implications.

  • Own end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and performance management for Supply Chain and Share Services functions

  • Challenge assumptions and support decision-making on major operational and investment initiatives

  • Lead the evolution of financial models and FP&A processes to improve speed, quality of insights, and scalability

  • Develop and track performance indicators aligned to operational drivers (e.g., shipments, delivered sales, productivity)

  • Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team; raise the bar on business partnering and analytical rigor

  • Support the development of strategic plans and business cases; identify value creation and cost optimization opportunities

  • Drive clear, actionable financial communication to enable better decisions across the organization

The qualifications we are looking for

  • Undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting

  • At least 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in finance in progressive roles, including team management experience

  • CPA designation (an asset)

  • Experience in the retail industry or supply chain (an asset)

  • Autonomy, motivation, results-oriented with a focus on the presentation of high-quality work

  • Ability to speak in front of a group and to explain financial concepts in simple terms

  • Excellent analysis, synthesis, and management presentation skills

  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and multi-stakeholder collaboration skills

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-growing and rapidly changing environment

  • Excellent knowledge of IT tools, including Excel
