Field Technician | Reynolds and Reynolds

As a Field Technician you will perform on-site installation and maintenance support on a variety of computer equipment and printers to assure customer satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Monitor work load and prioritize service tickets
- Travel in your company van to various customer locations
- Troubleshoot customer problems, diagnose, resolve and/or escalate problems
- Communicate with other internal groups to resolve issues
- Train/share knowledge with other associates
- Administrative duties include submission of reports as needed
- Use of time for learning, growth and development

Working Conditions:
- Drive company cars/vans a significant part of the day (sitting an average of 2-4 hours, occasionally up to 6 hours)
- Occasional prolonged standing up to 8 hours a day
- Frequent lifting and carrying items up to 25 lbs. (3-6 hours a day)
- Lifting and carrying items potentially 80 lbs. (up to 3 hours a day)
- Pushing/pulling up to 200 lbs. (up to 3 hours a day)

Prior Experience:
- Previous electronics experience or training required
- Excellent communication skills, organized and personable
- Must be able to attend a 6-week paid training class in the United States
- Willing to travel extensively with good driving history and availability 24/7
- Tech school, previous technical work experience a plus
- A+ certification and experience with LAN/WAN is preferred
