Common areas, hallways, break rooms, and eighty CHSLD bedrooms are air conditioned. The Wales intends to install air cooling in the rest of the sleeping quarters in the coming years.

Free coffee is available for employees in the break rooms.
Floating leave days
Full-time employees are granted two personal days that can be requested at the employee's discretion.

The Wales has ample free outdoor parking spots close to the building.
Lounge
The Wales boasts three employee breakrooms and numerous outdoor spaces, including a covered seating area between the petting zoo and the pond, a dining pavilion, a lounge area, and a Therapeutic Garden.
Professional training and development program
The Wales offers professional development opportunities on-site, including sessions that contribute to nursing license hours.
Schedule
Schedules are posted in six-week increments to afford employees sufficient time to plan accordingly.

The Wales's Social Committee organizes various activities, parties, and clubs for employees.
Vacation
Employees working in the CHSLD are entitled to 4 weeks of vacation after one year of service.Employees working in the RPA-RI are entitled to 3 weeks of vaacation after one year of service
Description
As a compassionate Wales Beneficiary Attendant, you will assist residents in their daily activities while respecting their autonomy level as established in their care plan. You will use interpersonal skills and flexibility to provide a homelike environment alongside your team. In addition, you will use the skills from your law 90 training to administer medications and perform designated treatments.

- Good knowledge of English and French. This position requires English to meet the residents' needs, who are primarily English speakers
- Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)

- Law 90 training and supervision, mandatory
- Relevant experience with seniors
