The Foundations EA supports students with complex learning, medical, and social-emotional needs in a specialized classroom. Working as part of a collaborative team, the EA assists with instruction, routines, transitions, and individualized support to help students access learning safely and successfully. Strong initiative, flexibility, and a calm, caring approach are essential.
The successful applicant will be responsible for academic and personal care program support for students with medical, physical and academic needs. The successful candidate will be working in a team of Support Staff to support the learning of a variety of students within the program. Collaboration, compassion, communication and a willingness to take on new challenges are required skills for this position
