The Sheet Metal Technician with an S license inspects, maintains, and repairs aircraft structures.

RESPONSABILITIES

  • Troubleshoot aircraft structural problems
  • Adjust, repair, and overhaul aircraft structures in accordance with specifications, technical drawings, manuals, and procedures
  • Perform and report on routine maintenance
  • Identify and order materials according to company policies
  • Complete documentation in accordance with company procedures
  • Report any irregularities in maintenance work to the Quality Assurance Supervisor
  • Perform all other related duties as required

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Recognized diploma in aircraft structures or another accredited course
  • S license issued by Transport Canada
  • Relevant experience in the field
