Premier Aviation is a leading full-service provider of airframe heavy maintenance. We are certified to maintain various aircraft types, including ATR, De Havilland, and Embraer.

The Machinist participates in the manufacturing, fitting, and repair of aircraft parts and structures.

*This is a temporary position for a replacement. The duration of employment may vary depending on operational needs.

RESPONSABILITIES

  • Adjust and repair aircraft parts and structures according to plans
  • Perform precision machining work on various machine tools
  • Read and interpret technical drawings
  • Verify the conformity of parts using precision measuring instruments
  • Assemble, adjust, and align mechanical sub-assemblies
  • Detect defects and propose solutions
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and document the work
  • Identify and process material orders in accordance with company policies
  • Complete documentation following company procedures
  • Perform any other related tasks

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) in machining/tooling
  • Relevant experience in the field
