Under the supervision of the aircraft maintenance program manager, the aircraft maintenance inspector at Nolinor plays a vital role in ensuring the quality and safety of aviation operations.

Responsibilities
  • Issue AMO/AOC maintenance privileges and ensure delegated individuals hold appropriate licenses;
  • Approve and maintain weight and balance records, certificates of airworthiness, certificates of registration, and ensure their presence on board;
  • Supervise maintenance personnel training, perform work in progress inspections, and ensure compliance with maintenance procedures;
  • Monitor deferred defect items, deferred inspections, and modification/repair work;
  • Coordinate activities with suppliers and certification authorities, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations;
  • Conduct periodic reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Required skills
  • College Diploma (DEC) or College Studies Certificate (AEC) in aircraft maintenance;
  • M2 license and a minimum of 10 years of experience in aircraft maintenance;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pre-flight Mechanical Inspector in the aerospace industry.

  • Strong technical skills in aircraft maintenance, including an understanding of applicable standards and regulations;

  • Capability to manage and maintain maintenance records in compliance with regulatory requirements;
  • Knowledge of airworthiness management procedures and technical documentation;
  • Ability to effectively solve problems and make informed decisions in complex situations;
  • Commitment to safety and quality, with a deep understanding of aviation safety management systems.
