This position reports to the Regional Vice-President, Enterprise and Private Wealth Management, and covers the Monteregie region.
Your role- Manage a team of Account Directors, in support of the Regional Vice-President, by creating an environment that fosters engagement and the achievement of objectives
- Monitor employee performance and skill development through personalized coaching
- Optimize the efficiency, productivity, and profitability of the sector by implementing business growth strategies
- Establish strategies with partners to maximize market impact and increase the visibility of your sector
- Contribute to the development of the annual business plan for your market and manage its execution
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through various acquisition and client retention activities
- Act as an ambassador for the Bank within the local community and foster relationships with key partners
- Ensure a balance between risk management and profitability in business development activities
- Ensure compliance with regulations and the application of operational procedures
- Stay informed about market trends and ensure that products and services meet evolving client needs and remain competitive
- Be proactive in identifying new ways of working, promoting continuous improvement, and leveraging new tools

Prerequisites
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and 7 years of relevant experience or master's degree and 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in personnel management and/or coaching
- Solid experience in commercial credit and business development
- Proficiency in the various banking systems
- Strong ability to influence, lead and manage priorities
- Autonomy, organisation and change management
