Your job

  • Promote a culture focused on rapid development, reuse and optimisation of the service structure now by building strong relationships with technical and non-technical teams
  • Design and implement resilient architectures and processes for the ServiceNow platform
  • Identify and automate opportunities to optimise application pipelines
  • Improve ongoing deployment processes and tools to ensure reliability and security
  • Document and simplify operational and security practises in accordance with regulatory requirements

Prerequisites

  • University degree in a related field with 5 years of experience or equivalent experience
  • Master ServiceNow fundamentals
  • Experience in designing resilient and automated solutions
  • Advanced knowledge of CLI/API, Terraform, Ansible, Python, Bash and GIT tools
  • Experience in database management and monitoring tools
