UX/UI Product Designer

Trustii is a major player in automated background verification services and intelligent solutions for managing people-related risks. Its platform is used by leading Canadian property management organizations as well as HR, risk management, and compliance teams.

Trustii also develops Horizon, a strategic platform that is redefining organizational human risk management by enabling organizations to identify, prevent, and manage people-related risks in a proactive and continuous way.

As a UX/UI Product Designer, you will play a key role in the design and evolution of Trustii’s products, with direct involvement in Horizon, our flagship platform. You will contribute across the entire feature lifecycle, from ideation to production, working closely with the Product Manager and the development team.

Your work will directly help transform complex human risk management challenges into experiences that are clear, intuitive, and easy to use for our users.

• Design end-to-end user experiences for new features, balancing user needs and business objectives
• Actively participate in requirements gathering with the Product Manager
• Contribute to feature scoping and requirements refinement processes
• Translate complex problems into clear, effective, and coherent interfaces
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
• Validate solutions through user interviews and usability testing with existing or prospective clients
• Ensure a smooth and structured design handoff to the development team using Figma
• Define, maintain, and evolve the design system
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of UX/UI practices within the product team
