Senior DevOps SRE Integrator

A career as a a Senior DevOps SRE Integrator within the CIAM team at National Bank means acting as a specialist in system reliability and performance. Your role

• Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of application services.
• Implement and maintain observability solutions (logs, metrics, traces).
• Automate repetitive tasks and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve application resilience.
• Participate in the analysis and resolution of production incidents.
• Contribute to the design and evolution of cloud architectures (AWS).
• Participate in the 24/7 support rotation
• configure to integrate services into the CIAM ecosystem (OKTA)

Requirements

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field and several years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Python, Linux, and REST APIs.
• Strong knowledge of observability tools (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Familiarity with AWS environments.
• Experience in automation and continuous integration.
