Description
As a Senior Receptionist in the Business Centre, your role goes beyond welcoming people: You'll be the first point of contact for clients, guests and colleagues by embodying the Bank's professional and welcoming image.
You'll play a key role in supporting the Commercial, Private Banking 1859, NBF, NBDB and National Bank Trust sectors by maintaining a proactive, diligent and committed presence. With your sense of service, efficiency and attention to detail, you'll contribute directly to achieving our teams' business objectives.
Your daily engagement will foster a welcoming, fluid, and high-performing environment where every interaction is an opportunity to showcase excellent customer service.
Your role:
- Warmly greet clients, guests, and colleagues, acting as a resource person for them and internal teams.
- Answer phone calls and emails from various sectors, ensuring thorough follow-up.
- Manage the reception area and meeting rooms, ensuring their upkeep during the Business Centre's opening hours.
- Help internal teams manage orders and monitor supply inventory by ensuring timely restocking.
- Support PB1859 associate and banker teams with their administrative follow-up and customer service.
- Perform various administrative tasks independently according to established policies, standards and procedures.
- Ensure management and administrative follow-up of files.
- Help the Customer Service Manager coordinate the smooth operation of the Business Centre and its activities.
- Ensure compliance with the unit's quality standards by making the necessary adjustments to procedures and practices.

Prerequisites:
High school diploma and 3 years of relevant experience or college diploma and 1 year of relevant experience.
