A career as a Senior Content Creator in the Evolution and Communication team in the Personal Banking sector at National Bank means acting as a strategic partner in creating content and supporting teams. This position allows you to have a concrete impact on the organisation's transformation thanks to your expertise in creating multimedia content, storytelling and mastering audiovisual technology environments.
This job is for a creative, structured and autonomous person who can translate complex issues into engaging content while mastering the tools and technical constraints in the field. You work closely with decisions, contribute to high-visibility projects and play a key role in raising the level of collective creativity.
Your job
- Strategically support internal partners in defining and evolving their communication needs
- Design and produce high-value-added multimedia content, including videos, animations, visuals and executive presentations
- Translate complex strategies and issues into clear, human and motivating narratives
- Develop creative concepts, storyboards and visual approaches aligned with the sector's brand image and communication objectives
- Contribute to creative and technical choices related to audiovisual productions, including recording, editing and distribution
- Leverage trends, best practises and artificial intelligence tools to support content ideation, production and optimisation.

The Vice-President - Evolution and Communications brings together a multidisciplinary team that works collaboratively to support the transformation of the Personal Banking sector. You will be part of a large, committed team focused on impact, innovation and the employee experience, reporting to the Senior Manager - Strategy, Creation and Engagement.

Prerequisites
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in content creation or digital marketing
- Advanced mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud suite software, including Premiere Pro, after effects, photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign
- Experience in audiovisual environments, including capture, basic lighting and live or hybrid broadcasting
- Strong ability to conceptualise and narrate
