A career as a Digital Partnership Specialist in the Digital Acquisition team at National Bank means acting as a reference person to maximise the performance, profitability and value of a digital partnership portfolio. In concrete terms, you help advance the partnership strategy by transforming data into actionable recommendations, while ensuring smooth execution aligned with business priorities and brand standards.


Your job

  • Pilot the performance and profitability of a portfolio of digital partners by defining objectives, performance indicators, trend analyses and strategic recommendations.
  • Operational day-to-day management with partners, including coordinating follow-ups, managing issues and ensuring commitments are met.
  • Optimize partner activations and campaigns by working with the media, brand, content and analytics teams to ensure messages are consistent and aligned with the overall media strategy.
  • Coordinate the operational aspects of digital partnerships, including tracking deliverables, internal validations and compliance with processes, to ensure business continuity.
  • Promote the performance and contribution of partnerships to internal stakeholders by presenting results and documenting key learnings.


Your team

The Digital Vice-President brings together around 190 specialists who work proactively, analytically and collaboratively to accelerate growth and optimise the Bank's digital strategies. The team stands out for its data-driven approach, its strategic contribution and its ability to evolve in a constantly changing environment.

You are part of a team of approximately 8 colleagues in the Digital Acquisition sector and will report to the Senior Manager - Digital Acquisition. You work closely with the Digital Partnerships Lead and with several cross-sector teams. The team stands out for its diligence, spirit of collaboration and desire to have a concrete impact on business results.

Prerequisites

  • Significant experience of at least 5 years in digital partnerships, digital acquisition, digital marketing, media or fintech.
  • Solid experience in project management and coordination in a matrix environment.
  • Ability to analyse and interpret digital data to inform decision-making
  • Knowledge of developing digital client journeys and issues related to a regulated environment.
